Great location for exploring nearby cafes and a cinema, modern rooms with comfy beds, had a very pleasant stay here!

The rooms are a good size and modern, with nice tea and coffee amenities. the hotel offers a wide range of supplies such as central heating, a personal safe, and a multi-channel television.

Booked a room with very comfortable beds. A shower, a hair dryer and bath robes were a plus. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within easy walking distance of intu Victoria Centre.

It was in the very central location in the centre of town. The room was tasteful, I had a sensational and large breakfast.

Delicious variety of food available for a hearty English breakfast! ❤

The room had a great layout and everything you needed like coffee, a phone, and a hairdryer. Plus, it had amazing views. And breakfast was a full English one.

The Shower was fantastc bed very comfortable

Unbeatable location. Spacious and comfortable double bed, and a good range of bathroom amenities. Good breakfast, in spite of the little variety of bread. Great Restaurant Oaks, for dinner a good grilled meat, and very well attended.

The reception staff is clearly inexperienced, with a few exceptions. And among the breakfast staff there was a waitress who couldn't be more unfriendly (the others were nice and polite). There is no room on the street for passengers to get in and out, which is a problem the first time you arrive by car and don't know where the car park is or when you go by taxi, especially on a street like Maid Marian Way, one of the busiest streets in Nottingham. The bathtub/shower is a complete disaster: the water or it burns and freezes you, the surface is somewhat slippery, and being elevated getting out of it is dangerous. My wife (without any physical problems) needed my help to get out. The TV was another disaster. When I arrived it wasn't working, they had to come and fix it. And besides, there was no Spanish channel, and practically no international one (I think I remember only CNN, Aljazeera and TF1).

The location was amazing, close to the city center, perfect for attending a concert and enjoying the nightlife.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with a pleasant reception. The location was comfortable and ideal, with the main shopping centre and a mall nearby.- There was a really nice restaurant within walking distance.- The staff was well-trained, hard-working, and responded promptly to requests.- The continental breakfast included a variety of options such as coffee, fruit juice, cereals, pastries, and cheese.

The Hotel is in an excellent central location, quite efficient and with good professional staff.

Room Service is rather expensive together with its only asian restaurant. However, the food is very good.
